Pricing Information
Precardion is a direct-pay practice — we don't bill insurance for visits, so the price below is exactly what you pay. Testing we order is performed at outside facilities, which can bill your insurance directly.
Please note: We are unable to see patients enrolled in Medicare, including Medicare Advantage — even on a self-pay basis. This is a federal billing requirement rather than a practice preference. If you're enrolled in Medicare Part A or Part B, we'll gladly refer you to a cardiologist who can bill Medicare directly.
Initial Consultation
A full hour with your cardiologist — not the rushed fifteen minutes most visits allow. We'll review your complete medical and cardiovascular history, go through any prior testing you've had, and determine which screenings actually make sense for you. You'll leave with a clear picture of your cardiovascular risk and a plan for what comes next.
Follow-Up Appointments
For established patients. We'll review new test results, adjust medications, and track how your numbers are trending over time. Most patients return every six to twelve months — we'll tell you upfront what cadence makes sense for you, so there are no open-ended commitments.
Concierge Membership
This membership is for people who already have heart disease, not for first-time screening. If you have heart failure, a prior heart attack, AFib, stents, cardiomyopathy, valve disease, or the conditions that travel with them, you stay under Dr. Saha's care instead of being sent to a new specialist every time something changes. You get a cardiologist who manages the full picture: prevention, imaging, and ongoing treatment of advanced disease. $3,500 per year is for her time only: a direct number, same-day access when symptoms change, and unlimited visits. Labs and imaging are billed to insurance (or self-pay at the facility) and are not included.

Any additional cardiovascular testing is arranged at partnered imaging centers, which bill your insurance directly or accept self-pay.

We provide a superbill after each visit, which you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
